- Kim Jong-Il reacts furiously to reports of the difficult economic situation

According to a source in Pyongyang on March 10, Kim Jong-Il¡¯s attendance at the celebratory event to mark the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Hamheung¡¯s 2.8 Vinyl Factory was planned by Kim Jong-Eun in order to boost his father Kim Jong-Il¡¯s morale.
 
The source informed that Kim Jong-Il has been highly stressed and irritated with the pressure to raise more investment to support North Korea¡¯s military, and to sustain the regime.  This is making some of the other symptoms of physical ailments he suffers from even worse.  (Note 1). 
 
Kim Jong-Il is most irritated by reports of the difficult economic situation. He only rarely receives positive news of secured investment. 
 
In order to encourage Kim Jong-Il, Kim Jong-Eun organized a celebratory event to mark the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the 2.8 Vinyl Factory.  100,000 people attended.
 
According to a source, Kim Jong-Il has become more and more irritated since the United Nations imposed sanctions last June.  The source stated that Kim Jong-Il is more and more stressed with the downturn of the North Korean economy, and his physical ailments will worsen due to stress. 

Note 1) According to sources, Kim Jong-Il had a stroke in August 2008, and started dialysis in May 2009, and is undergoing treatment for chronic laryngitis since November 2009.
