I add this to my oatmeal, along with some almond milk, for my breakfast. Makes a great tasting, healthy vegan meal. It wasn’t quite enough to keep the hunger away until noon. I find that I need a little fat in my meal to really cut the hunger, so I added a tablespoon of peanut butter and now everything is great. Sometimes when I don’t feel like a big breakfast, I’ll add it to a cup of coffee (my wife’s idea). Makes a great tasting coffee/chocolate latte that holds me for several hours.
